Our Company’s Management Systems are certified under ISO-9001-2015 (Quality Management System), Periodically, these are audited by Certified Agencies, to ensure that the systems conform to established norms as well as to improve and refine the processes and systems, with a view to ensure a safe and productive environment, always upholding the norms of Quality in performance and style, with an emphasis on continual improvement. Quality Checks on the processes and procedures are conducted as per established procedures.
Quality Control
Over the Years, there has been a shift from the conventional concept of the quality being inspected to the quality being produced. As such, each individual is responsible for delivering the right quality of output.
This is facilitated by :
- Clearly defining the responsibilities and authorities
- Properly Identifying the critical processes, the process owners and the Process Measures
- Periodically Analysing critical data, information, and Process Results
- Planning Effective Corrective and Preventive Actions, in a structural Manner
The Quality Control Process begin with the receipt of the requirement from Customers and ends with delivering the goods and services to them, exactly as per the requirements. This Process Covers all the Conventional aspects in product realisation such as :
- Development & Selection of Reliable Vendors
- Verification of Material, Processes and sub-assemblies
- Ensuring Timely Availability of proper Resources
- Provision of Effective Training
- Testing and Inspection of the Finished Product
