1992
Start-up of Jayesh Electricals Plant, specially for repairing of utility Board's transformers in 11kV & 22kV class, upto 2000 kVA.
Converting team for manufaturing of transformers in 11kV and 22kV transformers upto 1500kVA for utility board and individual client - Acquire ISO certification for quality system.
1997
2005
acquired another unit for boosting up mass production of distribution transformers for utility board and wind turbine manufacturing industry.
Executed more then 50 transformers of 33kV class - step-up transformers for wind ENERGY producers in span of 27 days.
2007
2008
Manufatured more then 1000 MVA if transformers in all distribution system of 11kV/ 22kV/ 33kV/ and increased plant capacity ti produce 2500 MVA / Annum.
Started in-house process system of core -cutting with semi automated cut to length M/C, first in Indian industry to have inbuilt solution of core cuttings facility.
2009
2015
Staqrted Manufacturing of power transformers (20 MVA/ 66kV) with hi-tech infrastructre & testing facilities.
Short circuit & impulsetest successfully achived pn 5 WDG. Transformer capacity 6 MVA/ 33kV/ 4x400 V.
2017
2019
Short circuit & impulse test successfully achived on Ester Oil Filled Transformers confirming to IS 1180.
Export of Power, dry and distribution Transformers to Canadian & African Continents.
