The Design Centre Translates Customer requirements in to practical designs based on proven design techniques, suited to the organization is manufacturing practices. Design are optimized based on economical and system considerations.

The Activity Results in Calculations that are verified for Conformity with customer requirements. Once the basic design is satisfactory, the design is translated in to manufacturing instructions. Manufacturing drawings and material list (semi-automatic process) by skilled, experienced staff.

Important parameters specific to this process are physical arrangement of windings based on impulse performance, winding processing, compression of coils and final processing of the transformer to established standards.

The design activity is totally influenced by customer’s specific requirement while remaining under the umbrella of International Standards, and is guided by Internal research and exiting proven Designs.
